Jawad Ansari joined Boustead Securities in 2015 and brings over 22 years of global investment hands-on operating experience building organizations by identifying new business opportunities, raising investment capital, and managing A+ teams.

Previously, in his role as the Chief Investment Officer at Miven Family Office, Mr. Ansari sourced deals and led due diligence, deal negotiation, and investment monitoring, in addition to making diversified global investments in early stage technology companies. Mr. Ansari was also the founding CEO of Corporate Metrix, a diversified multifamily office investment firm, where he led the investment management, business development, client acquisitions and human resources efforts. Corporate Metrix investments included ProofPoint (PFPT), A10 Networks (ATEN), NextCard, Vivotech, Vivasoft (bought by Yahoo!), Mobile Automation (iPass), as well as in Venture Capital and Private Equity funds including Greylock, Sequoia, Accel, Foundation, Silver Lake Partners, Elevation Capital, Affinity Capital and IDG.

Mr. Ansari co-founded Irvine Ventures and Skyline Ventures with Safi Qureshey (AST Computers) and advised portfolio companies through all stages including funding, business development and market identification.

Mr. Ansari is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in California and is an alumnus of Ernst & Young and PacifiCare Health.

Mr. Ansari holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses registered through Boustead Securities, LLC, as well as Life & Health Insurance and Real Estate Salesperson licenses.
