Brent P. DeFiori joined Boustead Securities in 2020 as an Associate in the Investment Banking Group. His core responsibilities include conducting research and due diligence, managing and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business valuations, preparing marketing materials, offering memoranda and management presentations, and assisting in the development and continued cultivation of client relationships.

 

Prior to joining Boustead Securities, Mr. DeFiori worked for UBS in the firm’s Century City, CA office. Mr. DeFiori graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2018 with a degree in Accounting and Economics. 

 

Holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
