Pierce C. McClory

Biography
Pierce C. McClory joined Boustead Securities in 2018 as a Director in the Investment Banking Group. Mr. McClory’s primary responsibilities include SEC filings review, financial and valuation analysis, due diligence, and project materials preparation and management.
Prior to joining Boustead Securities, Mr. McClory worked at CVCapital, a China-based global investment bank, which has completed private placement and M&A transactions totaling over USD$10 billion. During his time at CVCapital, Mr. McClory was involved in cross-border private placement and M&A transactions ranging from USD$10 million to USD$1 billion in the ad-tech, automotive, software, and video gaming industries. He has over five years of cross-border experience in investment banking and law.
Mr. McClory earned a B.A. Degree in Political Science with High Honors and a B.A. Degree in East Asian Languages and Cultures with an emphasis on China from the University of California at Berkeley.
Holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
